Infant Toddler Playgroups
Playgroups are higher education for infants and toddlers!
Play is crucial to the well being and healthy development of every child. In addition to being fun, play is how children explore, experiment and learn a range of social, physical, intellectual and creative skills.
FRC playgroups provide children with valuable opportunities to socialize and play with other children. Parents meet and talk to others who are facing the same joys and challenges of raising young children. Parents learn more about child development and parenting struggles in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Children enjoy play, arts & crafts, story time and fingerplays.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday 10:15-11:15 a.m. We follow the East Hartford Public School calendar.
Registration: Registration takes place on an ongoing basis. Priority is given to parents in the Silver Lane School attendance area. Contact the Playgroup Facilitator at 860-622-5515 for more information.
